Vintage Violet was
opened in September 2007 in the beautiful period town
of Alton in Hampshire.
It offers a wide range
of vintage and contemporary ladies clothing, shoes and
accessories as well as an inspiring selection of gifts.
Vintage
cocktail and party dresses from the 1920's to the 1980's
are complemented by an extensive range of vintage handbags
and jewellery. The stock is ever changing and comprises
an eclectic mix of fashion, texture and design from
classic Dior, swinging sixties, psychedelic seventies
and retro eighties.
The
contemporary ladieswear features award winning designers
including Megan Park, Vintage Tiger, Emma Jane Knight
cashmere, Ciel, Sassy and Rose, Lini and Cocowai. Our
shoes feature the Minorcan craftsmanship of Jaime Mascaro.
Daywear includes Nougat and Nicole Farhi.
We also stock luxurious candles, soaps, perfumes and
towels and Charbonnel and Walker chocolates.....
